RADaR partners with one of the largest self-storage companies in the US and Canada for dashboard reporting and media/sales analysis.

Challenge

The client asked this question: “Should we be advertising around holidays?”

Solution
  • The client also provided 4 years of appointments booked online
  • The RADaR analysis team conducted an in depth analysis of the 4 years of appointments booked online
  • 12 National Holidays were analyzed: an average was established for the daily hourly conversions and the holiday hourly conversions average
Results
  • The RADaR analysis showed that 4 National Holidays performed at a level above the average daily hourly conversion rate
  • The RADaR analysis showed that 8 Holidays performed at a level below the average hourly conversion rate
  • The client’s media plan was adjusted to reflect no media spend around the 8 underperforming National Holidays and the media spend was increased for the 4 National Holidays that over performed the average daily hourly conversion rate
